  Dive through may cause traffic jam-- BUT THE WAIT TIME IS NOT LONG AT ALL. (it may look like it but it's not)
  
  Terren is such an amazing lady! we were in the drive through and she (not to assume gender) was super quick with what she does and was very sweet! Though there was a long line, she engaged in conversation with us in the car to keep us from feeling like the wait was too long.

  Eleven months after my first review, this shop is no longer disorganized.  They actually get your drinks out and call out the name (albeit, not loud--so you really have to watch out for your order; personal responsibility, people!).  However, the waiting at the counter is still there (acknowledged after a minute or so with a "be with you in a second"), and the flat facial expressions intermittently still show.  
  
  What's new is the passive-aggressive response to an, otherwise, simple question that can be answered with a "yes" or a "no".
  
  If you don't mind the "attitude", this Starbucks is ok with the orders.  Regretfully, most people do mind.

  Food case had several flies in it and even though it's for display only it's not very appetizing.  I pointed it out to Michael and his response was yeah I know we've had a fly problem since we opened. He made no effort to removed them and just moved on.

  This is the closest Starbucks to my house; it is about a 10-15 min drive away, so it's my only choice.
  
  LOCATION AND PARKING
  This Starbucks actually moved into this location within the past year or so. The location is much better because there is a lot more parking than before. They had this building built for the drive-thru.
  
  SERVICE
  All of the employees are really nice. Magi took my order the other day. She spelled my name right and she was just really happy to be helping me. There are a lot of people working and they seem to be standing around a lot of the time.
  
  FOOD
  The egg white bites are the best, but you need to ask for them well done so they are nice and crispy.
  
  DRINK
  I got the toasted white chocolate mocha. It is a little bit different but it's good. It comes with pink sugar sprinkles on top. I would get it with out them because they give it a weird texture, as if it were curdled.
  
  CLEAN
  This location is always really clean. That has to be because the manager, Jenn, is always wiping down everything. When she isn't there, the employees can slack. I saw one of the baristas putting food in the oven with their bare hands.
  
  Overall, I come here because the food and drinks are consistent and it's pretty clean.

  Three stars are for product continuity only. Customer Service was a -2 so I generously am granting a 2 star experience. This location needs a GM to visit and get this place in order
  
  Seems like a new location. Drinks were as expected and good but everything from the moment I walked in was disappointing. No hello. At least four (4) employees, one was rolling his eyes, and not one greeted us. We stood at the counter for no less than 5 minutes before someone acknowledged us. Boo. Not the customer service I expect from Starbucks. We had 8 people and four orders. They really messed them up. The last to order got theirs first. One of the parties got half their order and waited while several others got their orders. They seem disorganized and lacking in the customer service experience.
